Microlife Joins HBG for Two–Day Strategic Brand Retreat
Healthcare Branding Group (HBG) hosted a two–day strategic retreat with key leadership from the Taiwan–based Microlife Corporation and Microlife USA to gain insights into the company’s global vision for growth and the extensive product portfolio available at worldwide and domestic distribution outlets.
During the retreat — held in HBG’s workshop–style BrandLab — HBG and Microlife completed a consultative business model development process to advance the organization’s corporate brand strategy, creating a paradigm shift within the company identity from a “products company” to a “health management company.”
HBG and Microlife identified existing and desired partnerships, alliances, trade and industry associations and thought leaders in support of the proposed strategy, and analyzed historical marketing and sales programs and challenges, with a focus on aligning the future strategic planning with the company’s vision.
This work established a preliminary matrix and helped generate strategic clarity for the aggressive 18–month marketing plan the company will use to deploy the reinvented brand strategy and approach to the marketplace.
