ARAMARK Healthcare, a division of the Philadelphia–based ARAMARK Corporation, was in need of a strategic, integrated brand that would unify its Food, Facility and Clinical Technology Services businesses into one cohesive organization. Together, HBG and ARAMARK Healthcare created a powerful umbrella brand, and internal and external message platform, that successfully connected its service lines and positioned the company as core to quality healthcare delivery.

How has HBG contributed to the growth of your business?

Healthcare Branding Group uses a strategic approach as it relates to our brand. We have worked with them to infuse our Best Care, Best Environments® brand into all aspects of our business, including new business efforts, operations, communications, human resources, and thought leadership initiatives with our association partners. This strategic approach has contributed to the growth of ARAMARK Healthcare by helping us to demonstrate to clients, prospects, and employees how we impact healthcare delivery.

How has HBG helped change your perspective on branding?

HBG demonstrates that branding is not just about a message or creative execution. Our brand is reflected in everything we do, every action we take, and every program we develop. Our Best Care, Best Environments® brand represents who we are as an organization. Every internal or external communications piece that we develop with HBG has a strategic purpose. The brand is resonating throughout the organization as our employees have begun to incorporate our messages into their everyday language, showing that they believe and understand how they impact healthcare delivery by creating Best Care, Best Environments®.
