Background:
Emmi Solutions, LLC is an expectation management and information company that produces multi-media, interactive, informational programs for the healthcare industry. The programs are marketed and sold under the name of Emmi (Expectation Management Medical Information) and are brief, interactive, multimedia programs that improve the overall patient experience by giving them a working understanding of their upcoming medical procedure, its risks, benefits, and aftercare.


Objective:

Emmi Solutions, LLC required an innovative brand strategy to help position the company for the next generation of growth, initially launching a targeted effort at the Hospital Insurance Forum (HIF) Conference. Emmi Solution, LLC needed an attention-getting, updated and relevant message platform that spoke directly to the HIF members, in advance of, during and following their attendance at the conference. It was necessary to revisit the entire brand platform for the product in order to ensure that the materials supported the core distinction of the product, while addressing the marketplace needs, specifically those critical to risk management.

  • Created a proprietary brand strategy, “Medical EduCare” to establish market position for Emmi Solutions, LLC with the tagline, “Next generation patient education.”
  • Designed updated packaging for Emmi Solutions, LLC’s CD-ROM demos for mass distribution to the target audience.
  • Developed an innovative direct mail tool with patient data and statistics housed in a medical chart to “tease” attendees at the Hospital Insurance Forum conference.
