Background:
Hælth, a subsidiary of parent company Synergy Health Systems, LLC, is a complementary medicine business in New York City, with plans for eventual nationwide expansion. The business concept integrates medically-based healthcare delivery with fitness and nutrition, massage therapy, yoga, acupuncture and education in an innovative and inviting retail setting.


Objective:

Hælth was looking for a distinctive brand strategy that used a powerful name and brand platform to enter a complex marketplace, while also satisfying its founders, investors and the first wave of members.

  • Applied brand to programmatic offerings, communications tools and the retail environment, including interior and exterior design, signage, merchandising tools and premium items.
  • Assisted in the development of the business model, including operational aspects such as membership recruitment, retention and pricing.
  • Crafted a comprehensive launch strategy to introduce the product concept to the primary target market in New York City.
