Background:
Platinum Healthcare, a leading quality healthcare provider in
the state of Illinois, acquired Chicago-based Progressive Rehabilitation
Institute (PRI), a residential, skilled-care facility for developmentally
disabled children and young adults.
Objective:
The facility was in search of an innovative and unique branding
foundation with a fresh look and feel to better illustrate its
true purpose and its position as a leader in the industry. Going
beyond the market opportunity, HBG needed to rethink the facility’s
core message and develop a strategy and communication platform
that would better showcase their distinction. The engagement
also entailed creating an appropriate business model and implementing
operational enhancements to support the shift.
