Background:
Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System – Montana Region (SCLHS-MT), part of the national Health System sponsored by the Sisters of Charity, is a multi-site, faith-based healthcare organization with hospitals, clinics and other health services that serve patient populations across the northern Rocky Mountains.


Objective:

SCLHS required a marketing communications and consulting firm who could provide a comprehensive marketing strategy, business strategy, marketing and community relations plan for the newly formed Montana Region. The strategic partnership was initiated to position the hospitals and clinics as the preferred provider in the Region, highlighting the clinical excellence and innovative vision of the Region’s talented leadership, thus increasing mind and market share.

  • Created a multi-layered brand strategy — “changing healthcare for good.” — that encompasses the Mission and vision of the organization.
  • Designed an interim regional marketing program to leverage an advertising feature story in US News & World Report.
  • Produced a 3-minute philosophy movie to share the vision with the internal organization and to serve as the foundation for a series of broadcast advertising spots.
